Return Window
Returns are accepted within [7] days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase and receipt is required. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

**Gift Cards can not be refunded but they do not expire.
Please inspect your order immediately when you receive it! If it was our error and you received the wrong item, or it is defective or damaged, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping unless you received the incorrect item. You must contact us before returning any item to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. We will notify you once with an update on this process. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
How will my refund be issued if I used a gift card?
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment. That means if you place an order with a gift card, you will be refunded in a gift card. If you place an order using both a credit card and gift card, you will be refunded to both where it applies.
Exchanges
At this time we aren't able to offer exchanges, so instead, we provide a combination of returns and repurchase. Our team is happy to assist you with placing a new order for the correct item.
What if my item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?
In the unlikely event you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact contact@astropplushie.com, with a photo of the damage or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We ask that you do not dispose of any items prior to reaching out.
